For those who decided to buy a mini brewery, you should master the technology of preparing live beer. The whole technological process of beer production comprises the following steps:
Mash-brewing apparatus is provided in the brewery to produce wort.
The estimated amount of hot water is collected in the apparatus and, with stirring, the calculated amount of crushed malt is set. The saccharified mash is pumped into the filter tank for filtration to separate the beer wort from the grains.
Filtered wort is served for boiling with hops in the mash-brewing apparatus. After boiling, the wort is pumped into a whirlpool to separate proteins, hops, and for partial cooling.
From the filter-tank-whirlpool, the pump feeds wort to a two-stage heat exchanger through the hog separator to cool before fermentation. Management of the technological process of brewing is carried out through the control panel.
The cooled wort is served in the CCT (tanks for fermentation and postfermentation of the beer wort),
where yeast is sown. The fermentation, postfermentation and clarification of beer processes occur in the CCT. CCT is cooled by refrigerants to maintain the temperature.
The clarified finished beer from the CCT is poured into kegs and served for sale.
If necessary, the beer can be filtered through a cardboard filter to separate the yeast sediments and get a clear drink.
